At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not what you expected, you may return unopened and uncut rolls or fabric yardage within 30 days of delivery, subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original factory packaging, uncut, and not marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Custom Order' before initiating a return.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your manufacturer.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the warehouse inspects and checks in your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs.
